The Country Couple’s Wednesday Live -club runs at the legendary restaurant Manala, right in the centre of Helsinki!
Every other Wednesday (or so) at 19:00.

ABOUT
Country Couple is a Finnish country duo whose roots stretch deep into the landscapes of Eastern Finland. Singer Niina Huohvanainen grew up in a small village, singing from the moment she could speak, her voice carrying her out into the world. Guitarist Sami Huohvanainen was raised in Helsinki, carrying the same eastern heritage – and a guitar in his hands since childhood.
After each living a full life of their own, their paths crossed, sparking a new shared beginning. Their music blends heartfelt storytelling with a distinctly Nordic tone, creating a sense of connection that extends beyond the stage.
For over two years, Country Couple has been hosting the Wednesday Live club in Helsinki – intimate gatherings where songs meet the stories behind them.
In autumn 2025, they will release their new single Same Side, produced in collaboration with Pasi “Stig” Siitonen, marking the start of a new chapter in their journey.

Country Couple Releases "I Will" - Born from Love and Real Life
Have you ever wondered what country music sounds like from the land of the Northern Lights, snow, and ice - from the happiest country in the world? Emerging from Finland, Country Couple is a captivating duo that shares a deep love for country music - and for each other.
Their new single was written by Sami, one half of the duo, for his wife Niina. The song also served as the couple’s wedding song - a moment where all defenses are down and music becomes life itself. This is what happens when music is not just performed, but truly lived.
Country Couple brings together two charismatic performers who run their own country club night in Helsinki and actively tour festivals and events, especially within the country and roots music scene. Their live shows are known for their warm, communal atmosphere - filled with good vibes, connection, and, of course, Stetsons.
The duo’s previous single gained significant traction in the UK, receiving airplay on over 80 radio stations. With their new release out now, Country Couple continues their journey toward international audiences under Nordic Bridge Music management.
